Central AC Not Working - Compressor Not Turning On - Burnt Terminal & Wire on Capacitor Replaced

This client we serviced for the 1st time about 2 months ago, if you recall, bought his own R410A on eBay. We are back, this time for a compressor not turning on. Upon startup you can hear the compressor briefly humming.

To crimp the new connector on the wire I used the Klein ratcheting crimping tool. Available here:
