Stir-fried pork belly with garlic and soy sauce is a classic Chinese comfort food using common ingredients from your food pantry. Unlike braised pork belly, which normally take at least an hour to cook. The stir-fry method takes only 20 minutes. It has tremendous amount of flavor.

Ingredients:
1.5 lb (850 g) Pork belly
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Shioxing wine
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
3 cloves of Garlic
3 pieces of Star anise
2 tsp Corn starch
