Laldume pigeons, also known as "Laldume," are a type of domestic pigeon that are particularly popular in India and some parts of Pakistan. They are known for their distinctive reddish-brown plumage, which is where the name "Laldume" comes from—“Lal” meaning "red" in Hindi and Urdu.

These pigeons are bred mainly for their beauty and their ability to perform acrobatics during flight. Many pigeon fanciers in South Asia keep them for shows and competitions, where their agility and striking appearance are highly prized.
