How Body Image is Connected with Other Parts of Your Life

Struggling with your body image? There might actually be something else in your life causing you stress that is affecting how you feel about your body. Maybe work is stressful or there's a relationship you're struggling with. When other parts of our lives are disrupted, we tend to take that stress out on our bodies.
