Ever wonder how to quickly make a fairly presentable paper lampshade? In this DIY tutorial, I will show you how to make a paper lamp shade or lantern from the template for your home and room decor. All you need to do is to slide squares in one by one by matching the slits to construct a sphere.

The assembly is easy. First, cut out 30 squares with slits. Simply match short and long cut slits and put squares together as 'clovers', the sphere gradually forms as you go.

The lampshade/lantern is medium in size (about 20 cm in diameter). When the lamp is lit, the clover pattern shows on the entire sphere, which makes it quite interesting and beautiful for decoration.

Please use the low energy or LED light to avoid lamp overheat.
