Fascinated by synthesizers from an early age, he has scored films across Italy, Nepal, the United States, and Australia while collaborating with directors and media companies worldwide. In 2019, he founded Cinematic Alpha, a globally recognized brand whose libraries, including Cinepads, Cinevox, and Floating Ensemble, are used by acclaimed composers such as Tim Truman and Chris Hüelsbeck. His storytelling-first approach transforms his instruments into immersive cinematic experiences, and his pioneering DOVInst® method capable of synthesizing a full orchestra from raw waveforms has redefined virtual sound design. Versatile beyond film, he adapts his emotional, technically precise style to genres like pop and rock, influenced by artists from Jóhann Jóhannsson to Nine Inch Nails. Recognized with the American Tracks Music Awards and the New York International Film Awards in 2020, he continues to push creative boundaries under his motto “Positive Vibes Only,” drawing his deepest inspiration from his son Nicolas, the emotional heartbeat behind his work.
