Epson Artisan 1430 Waste Ink Pad Reset Revisited

Does your 1430 have both lights blinking like Christmas! You will need to do two things. First, you will need an external tank to divert the waste ink, so no further waste ink will go into the saturated waste pad. Second, you will need to reset the waste counter back to zero, so the printer can work again. Follow this video for how to reset the counter.
