Introduction to Thomas Jefferson University Neurology Residency

Jefferson’s Neurology Residency program is designed to provide comprehensive training in all aspects of clinical neurology. We emphasize early sub-specialty exposure and prioritize our residents' input.

Our residents train in all of neurology’s clinical specialties with our outstanding faculty. Residents can enjoy outstanding clinical teaching and have the opportunity to learn from a diversity of patients. In addition to clinical work, our residents are encouraged to participate in research activity within neurology to help deepen their understanding of neurology. Finally, residents are crucial to our department’s mission to educate medical students. Residents with an interest in careers in medical education can take advantage of dedicated mentorship from our education faculty.
