Eagle Sightings on 6-27-2015 9 am between Oneonta and Otego on Susquehanna River. Notice in top portion in video. followed the Eagle downstream, perched approximate 40 feet, in dead leafless trees for unobstructed view of river. majestic and beautiful flight and power - hunting and fishing the waterway. Pass down stream under Eagle. Then paddled upstream on other side, with a second down pass. Larry Wesner was in the rear of the tandem canoe doing the expert navigation. sorry for poor camera quality. didn't realize the setting was set on 320 x 200
