Welcome to Mean's Woodshop! Today I'm building something that my brother has been bothering me about building since I first started woodworking; a guitar. Not only is this my first time guitar build with zero knowledge, it's also a totally unusual guitar build at that. I wanted something I could play fully acoustic, but the same size as an electric. I know there are some guitars out there like that, but they seem pretty uncommon. I used red cedar for the top, as I've heard it's a good tone wood, but have never really seen any guitars with it. Overall, I am happy with how it came out. Even after the update at the end of the video, I took some shims out of the saddle slot and the guitar sounded even better.
