Muay Chaiya 14 Exercises
Pedro Solana shares the 14 basic Muay Thai Sangha exercises to develop structural alignment, balance and coordination. Some of the exercises do not come from muay chaiya. Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand. June 2013.
For over fifteen years our Muay Thai Sangha Fighting Arts Training camp has been located in Chiang Mai, in the North of Thailand and has maintained world-class standards for students who want to develop their fighting and Healing abilities. Kru Pedro Solana Head Trainer and founder of the Fighting Arts Camp has been training Muay thai and Krabi-Krabong (Thai Weapons) for over 3 decades assuring that the knowledge that he imparts comes directly from authentic ancient lineages of warriors. Ultimately his approach of training involves certain inner aspects of training long forgotten in the fast growing industry of muay thai. His everyday teachings include Shielding Meditation, Spelling Mantras, Warrior Yoga exercises, Martial Breathing and certain Energy Work to strengthen inner connections. So far this school is the only one in Thailand teaching all this inner concepts within the fighting arts.
