Demoing and Remodeling an Ant and Rot Infested Bathroom

One of the biggest projects of the Northwoods Cottage Adventure was the bathroom. And, as with any old house, there were unexpected surprises... like nothing holding up the tub but a few rotted boards... and a colony of ants in the wall.

But we got it shored up and we added a glass block window, porcelain tile, a glass shower door, a vessel sink, and a custom countertop made from old pine from the surrounding forest floor.
