Underwater Gopro Fishing. Lots of Fish But No Bite

I tied my Gopro to my fishing lure to see what's under the ocean. This was during the Depoe Bay trip yesterday 10/7. The bite was slow, however, there were so many fish underneath us. I wonder if these fish are so used to our lures that it becomes harder to catch them. The bite was slow the entire day, despite plenty of fish.
