Punching Bag Demonstration and Discussion by Paul Gale Network

This video was originally created at my dojo, to demonstrate various jabs and punches/elbow strikes against a punching bag. During the recording, however, all audio was lost...so I decided to kind of talk over the original video, picture-in-picture style.

The difference being that this time, I wasn't one-to-one discussing the exact contents of the video, as they were unrolling, but rather a general overview plus some other general commentary on martial arts.
