Creamy Spinach Soup | Clean Eating Recipe #shorts #shortsvideo #food #cleaneating
Today I’m sharing one of my favorite clean eating comfort meals — a creamy homemade spinach soup that’s simple, healthy, and perfect for staying fit while enjoying delicious food.
This recipe is packed with spinach, garlic, onions, and milk for a comforting texture without heavy cream. I served it with rye bread, small fish, and fresh tomatoes for extra protein and vitamins.
Perfect for busy moms, healthy eating, weight management, and cozy family dinners.
Ingredients
150g spinach, chopped
Small amount of butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
500ml milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan and add a little butter.
Add crushed garlic and chopped onion. Cook until soft and fragrant.
Add chopped spinach and cook for a few minutes.
Stir in 2 tbsp flour.
Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until the soup becomes creamy and smooth.
Serve warm with rye bread, fish, and fresh tomatoes.
