This is a great self treatment sequence that you can do 3-7 days a week to help you open up your feet so they can absorb more shock, cure plantar fasciitis, prepare yourself for a mid-foot strike, barefoot or minimalist style running, move easier, and feel great.

Stand on your feet, close your eyes and feel what is happening between you and the ground. Next sit down and perform the foot massage techniques as I show in the video on only 1 foot. Stand up. Close your eyes. What do you feel? Can you tell a difference between your right and left foot?
