Bench is 6 inches off chest. Just had a steroid injection in my left shoulder so doing these off blocks is a lot easier on my shoulder. T Bar Rows are done using my landmine attachment, figure of 8 lifting straps, handles from my resistance tubes and a length of conduit!!
