Russia: Khabib Nurmagomedov becomes Grozny's honorary citizen

Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov made UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov an honorary Grozny citizen, in the Chechen capital on Friday.

"There is a number 27 on purpose which refers to [your] 27th victory. If Allah wills, there will be more victories" Kadyrov said while giving the badge.

Kadyrov also awarded the MMA champion with a new Mercedes-Benz W222 for his victory against Conor McGregor at the UFC 229.
