Espressif Systems at Embedded World 2023: RISC-V SoCs, Matter, and RainMaker

The ESP32 is known for its ease of use when it comes to implementing wireless applications. So we dropped by and talked to Amey Inamdar at their embedded world stand to find out what's new. Among the highlights are a range of RISC-V SoCs along with a dual-core version in the pipeline; support for Matter to make IoT devices using differing protocols easier to deploy; and their RainMaker platform for implementing the cloud backend of IoT.
