Is IKEA's Cheapest Desk Chair a Waste of Money?

The Molte is IKEA's cheapest desk chair. In this furniture review video, we will be seeing if this IKEA desk chair is a waste of money. Some of the good things I found with this desk chair is that it is very light and small. This could be a good desk chair for kids as its really easy to pick up. The Molte chair was also really easy to assemble as it only took me about 7 minutes to put together. I found the legs to be pretty stable and there are 5 different heights you can adjust your chair to make yourself feel more comfortable. But as this IKEA chair is made up of reinforced polypropylene, personally after 10 - 15 minutes, the sitting experience became unpleasant. In my opinion, kids tend not to care about comfort levels that much, but as for adults, they are a bit more picky. This desk chair would be more targeted towards kids than adults. Adults with a larger build wouldn't find this chair comfortable as the seat is pretty small. If you're a smaller sized adult that doesn't care about comfort too much or if you want to buy something cheap for your kid, then it's not a bad purchase.
