THE GHOST DANCE 2026 — OCTOBER 10–19, 2026
Witchekan Lake First Nation, Saskatchewan
Agency Chiefs Tribal Council

The Ghost Dance 2026 is a gathering centered on unity, culture, healing, prayer, ceremony, and bringing people together.

From October 10th to October 19th, 2026, people will gather at Witchekan Lake First Nation in Saskatchewan with a vision of coming together as one people. The gathering is intended to create a place where families, Elders, youth, communities, dancers, singers, knowledge keepers, and visitors can stand together, reconnect, share stories, and look toward the future.

The vision is bigger than a single dance. It is about remembering where we come from, strengthening relationships between communities, honouring the land, listening to one another, and creating a peaceful space for healing and unity.

Imagine thousands of people standing together in a great circle—people from different communities, generations, and backgrounds moving together with one purpose. The Ghost Dance 2026 represents that vision: many people, one circle, one heartbeat.

This YouTube channel will document the journey toward the gathering, including announcements, conversations, teachings, history, community voices, preparation for the event, and videos connected to the Ghost Dance 2026.
