I bought a caravan to rent out but now the site is shut six months a year [LBC Legal Hour]

Ross told a caravan sales rep' that he wanted to rent out the vehicle. He was told there was a rental scheme which operated 12 months each year. Shortly after making the purchase he was informed the camp-site was changing to a six-month site. Is this misrepresentation?
