🌿 Classic Golden Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond or oat)

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

A pinch of black pepper (helps absorption)

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

½ teaspoon coconut oil or ghee (optional, for fat absorption)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Warm gently over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

Strain if desired.

Drink warm — preferably before bed.

Tip: Use Ceylon turmeric and freshly ground black pepper for best results.
