To our surprise and delight, the Bourbon City Blinder comes out as one of the more palatable concoctions we've whipped up in the Outside Xbox mixology lounge, with the fiery ginger beer a flavourful counterpoint to the smokier bourbon, rum and bitters. And no one spat it out immediately, which is as warm a response as we've ever gotten for a homemade cocktail.
