Bolt Graphics tapes out Zeus GPU, claiming 5x RTX 5090 path tracing speed at half power
Bolt Graphics says its Zeus GPU has taped out at TSMC and could outperform NVIDIA’s RTX 5090 by up to 5x in path tracing and 6x in HPC, while using less power. Zeus will target PCIe cards and servers, use LPDDR5X/DDR5 memory, and is expected to ship in late 2027.
