Easy Rolling Plywood and Lumber Cart

This rolling plywood cart can be built with a handful of 2x4s and less than a half a sheet of plywood. This is based off of a rolling plywood cart that Jay Bates built, but I made the base a bit wider so I can hold a small stack of boards as well.
