In this video I cover how to play the new Fabled Vanguard Mystic comp with neeko carry. This comp is really strong as it hits the first big powerspike at level7, but then falls off until the 3stars come in. This is a very safe top4 comp, and can get you a first with 3star neeko and nautilus.
