1. War support now can be lost from casualties, convoy raids and bombing
2. Reduced ship supremacy, increased max pos penalty
- Bigger fleets= more debuffs
- Reduced critical hit chance
- HC's no longer get light attack primary batteries
- Light piercing/ heavy piercing
3. World tension from capitulation reduced to 25% of previous, WT from other sources rebalanced (lowered)
4. Port supply reduced from 15 to 5
- supply per level of port down from 5 to 3
5. Partial piercing added to Tanks
6. Suppression reduced in lower occupation laws
7. Experience gain from advisors moved to branch chiefs only
8. Tanks have fuel modules
9. Night flying now has -50% air attack
10. Field Hospitals protect from war support loss
