Serengeti II - Episode 1 'Intrigue'
Kali the lioness is now successfully providing for her pride and cubs, but struggles with the laziness of Sefu and the other males. Ever pursued by Sefu, her final rejection leads to tragedy.

Jealousy within the baboon troop threatens the peaceful leadership of Bakari, his queen, Cheka, and their family. A deposed female, Bibi, starts to cause trouble.

Nalla, the elephant matriarch, takes great pride in her sister’s one year old baby, Kadogo, whilst he enjoys his first ever mud bath.

The leopard reveals her two adorable cubs, Mzuri and Dada, as they learn how to climb trees and escape Zalika the hyena. One goes on a solo adventure which leads to danger.

Zebra stallion Punda defends Shani and their new foal in a spectacular battle against a roving stallion.

Newly born wildebeest calf, Gnu, is in a race against the clock to master his long legs before hyena Zalika finds him.

A great storm is building. When the clouds break, they unleash an almighty deluge. The baboons are trapped up their roosting tree, while the fast flowing floodwaters lead to catastrophe for Nalla.
