Goals! Goals! Goals!

Hi All,
Today's #careernuggetswithjane we talk goals.

Many of us, if we haven't already, would spend the next couple of days or even weeks setting goals and making plans to achieve our ambitions for the year.

I have evolved in my goal-setting process, using the entire month of January to reflect and adjust. It is to ensure that my goals are aligned with my values, mission, and vision. Do these goals truly reflect me?

I also use it as a decluttering period. I remove the goals that have lingered on for years but I never committed to or acted on.

Today's video was inspired by the awesome time I had with students of a secondary school in Ajegunle on Monday as part of my birthday celebration. Two similar questions were asked on how I ensure my goals are successful.
