I will show you how to easily create vector images from raster(pixel based) images. The process is really easy but you will need access to Adobe Illustrator. However, you do not need to know how to use Illustrator. Vectors are great because they allow you to scale an image without loss of quality. You can take low quality clip art and turn it into a high quality vector using image trace.
