My biggest FEAR a SNAKE in the CHICKEN COOP

Today I had a good fright. A five foot snake was in our chicken coop. It ate two of my chicks and killed the third one. I had started with eight chicks and now I'm down to four. I lost the first one after it hatched. That heat lamp shroud scared me when I backed up into it. I thought another one got me. I was on edge the whole night.
