Anie, our CEO, demonstrates how to take rough Opal or other stones to a brilliant polish following "DIAMOND ABRASIVE" instructions.

All work was done on the JOOLTOOL Polishing & Finishing System with its patented NINJA See-Through Disks & 3M(tm) Abrasives.

ABRASIVES USED:
Grinding:
- 3M FLEX DIAMOND - 250 Micron

Pre-Polishing:
- 3M MICROFINISHING DIAMOND - MEDIUM - 30 Micron

Polishing:
- 3M PREMIUM DIAMOND 3000 Mesh Grit - STEP 1
- 3M PREMIUM DIAMOND 8000 Mesh Grit - STEP 2
- 3M PREMIUM DIAMOND 50,000 Mesh Grit - STEP 3
- 3M CERIUM OXIDE - approx. 0.25 Micron - FINAL STEP

NOTE: 3M NINJA CUSHION PADS were mounted between
the Backpads and MICROFINISHING and PREMIUM Diamond Abrasives for a smooth grind and polish.
The FLEX Diamond does not need a CUSHION PAD because it is meant to grind aggressively.
