I want you to think about the last time you actually tried.
Really tried.
You were consistent for a few weeks.
Maybe longer.
It was working.
Then one long week happened.
A late finish,
A bad night’s sleep,
Takeout on the Friday because you had nothing in the house.
And just like that — you were back to square one.
So you told yourself you’d start again Monday.
Monday came.
You started again.
And the whole thing repeated.
That’s not failure.
That’s not weakness.
That’s what happens when you’re running a plan
that was never built around your actual life.
The training programmes you’ve tried?
Built for someone with two hours a day and zero stress.
The diets?
Built for someone who batch cooks on Sundays
and doesn’t have a job that eats them alive by Thursday.
Of course it falls apart.
It was always going to.
Here’s the thing nobody says out loud —
The men I work with who get results
aren’t more disciplined than you.
They’re not more motivated.
They just stopped trying to fit their life
around a plan that wasn’t built for it.
They got something that worked around them instead.
That’s the only problem I actually solve.
Not motivation,
Not willpower,
Not a new programme you haven’t tried yet.
Just a system that holds up
when your week goes sideways.
Because it will.
