We’re on Lake Okeechobee on my new Airboat, we’re catching PLECO to redo my original PELCO catch clean and cook I did a few months back. This time I brought in some Brazilians that actually know how to make it. This is one of my most favorite videos I’ve made to date. Thanks for following along.
