* 1 cup (235 ml) warm milk
* 1 egg, plus 1 egg for eggwash
* 3 oz (90 gr) unsalted butter, melted
* 4 cups (520 gr) all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup (50 gr) sugar
* 1 packet (7.5 gr) active dry yeast
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* about 1/2 cup Nutella or other chocolate spread
