Builder, is me, Eddie Conna. It's my home. I'm not a contractor, just a homeowner builder. I built the first one of these in LA City in 2005, and now am building the first one in LA County. I know of at least 3 more going up soon, all fire rebuilds, and a 4th that will be going through the permit process as well as a friend of mine just lost HIS house in a wildfire.

These homes fare VERY well in fires. My Chatsworth home was surrounded by 50' high flames just 2 weeks after we buried it. The FD didn't put a drop of water on my property... they didn't have to.
