Apni party's chief Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari while talking to media said that Jammu Kashmir government have all powers of governance and are deliberately ignoring the things. Altaf Bukhari while reacting on RSS's statement on talks with Pakistan and said that talks with Pakistan is the concern of Center government and said that Center government should talk with youth of Jammu Kashmir first rest they talk with Pakistan or not is secondary thing.
