The Philadelphia Orchestra is visiting China to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ensemble's historic 1973 tour, the first by an American orchestra. Having completed more than 10 tours in 50 years, the Philadelphia Orchestra has served as an ambassador for cultural exchanges between the United States and China. CGTN host Tian Wei speaks with members of the orchestra during their Beijing visit, hearing their stories about how the two countries initiated their relationship through music and how art unites people from all walks of life.
