Hydrofoil Hydroelectric Generator, twin oscillating foils make power from slow moving rivers.

This is a Hydrofoil based Hydroelectric generator design I am working on to produce power from otherwise unusable slow moving bodys of water with no head. This is a twin inline oscillating hydrofoil design that is mounted to a seesaw like drive mechanism, this design will fit in narrower water flows than a twin side by side design. This same design will be demonstrated as both a human and electric powered boat "motor" in a later episode, by mimicking natural foil shapes like that of the Black Marlin (speed) or a Blue Whale (power) we can produce fast and powerful hydrofoil based propulsion systems. The "foils" on it are just for showing it in a tight area the actual foils for this are 8 foot wide, this design will allow you to tailor it for your output needs, as well as stream flow and depth. I can lift a boat out of the water going only 5 knots with a rather small hydrofoil, this means a hydrofoil has the ability to produce large amounts of torque from water flows as slow as 1-5 knots.
