Nalbandyan School Completely Renovated

In 2016, following almost a year and a half of renovations, the village of Nalbandyan, in Armenia’s Armavir Region, unveiled its refurbished high school with a jubilant opening ceremony. The extensive renovation project was implemented by the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, with a generous contribution from Mr. and Mrs. Armen and Berjouhi Nalbandian of Toronto.

Originally built in the 1960s, the campus had not seen major repairs ever since, and was seismically unsound. Thanks to the renovation initiative, it has been redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up. The project has also included the construction of a gym as well as the provision of brand-new furniture and computer systems for the entire school.
