How to Make Dinghy Chaps

We will be using Sunbrella Marine Grade fabric, Shelter-Rite vinyl and Phifertex on the aft tube ends. A draw string in a hem will be used along the outer edge to cinch the cover in place and YKK Adhesive Snads with snaps along the inside edge to secure it inside the boat.
