New challenges and obstacles to overcome! Mrs. Kapper hits the road early and stops to take in some peaceful countryside views before tackling the DIY. She starts prepping and sealing kitchen cabinets, meets with window and insulation installers, tears out old kitchen equipment, starts trim removal and keeps a positive outlook in spite of unplanned "surprises".

Renovation plans and timelines are adjusted based on new findings and priority fixes are realigned.
