On Sunday Mojang let the world know that there will be three NEW mob choices coming to Minecraft very soon. Our developers have already re-made all three of them in game. We'll be showing off what the Moobloom, Iceologer and Glow Squid look like in game.
So, today, Mojang unveiled the next proposed mob, the mesmerizing glow squid. But what are the facts? well, Right now, we know two things, they live in the water biomes like the deep ocean, and they can glow but if you get to close to them they can stun you. This stun will hold you in place unless you’re wearing a carved pumpkin. Glow Squid also attract and stun fish. Perhaps these mobs could also drop Ink Potions and Luciferin to give new redstone abilities and new lighting options. so with that knowledge in mind, let's head in game and see what other features the glow squid might have alongside those.
