Episode Notes:

1. Nearly everything here is captured on real hardware. MGS3 is footage from the modern remaster.

2. I still play modern games of course, but I don't feel the same about them. Many are fun and I enjoy them, they just don't possess the same magic. The amount of multiplatform games is staggering today, making everything feel the same. Even when a platform exclusive hits, it tends to be modeled after something that's been around for 20 years now. Games are getting bigger with more to do, but they feel more cookie cutter in the process.
