Nightmare Gyno, Getting Kicked Out, and a Pet Psychic OH MY! 👩🏼‍⚕️🚫🐈‍⬛🪬

This week was a rollercoaster of emotions—from an absolutely awful gyno experience (rude doctor, contradictory advice, love that for me 🙃) to getting kicked out of my own apartment's pool deck for reading?? Make it make sense. But don’t worry, I bounced back with cold plunges, yoga, and some well-earned self-care. Also, my bestie and I started our own little book club with Drew Afualo’s Loud, went on a chaotic adventure for Dalton’s missing work shoes, and I had a PET PSYCHIC SESSION that was life-changing (full vid on that coming soon 👀). Watched the super bowl, Go Birds, and loved Kendricks INCREDIBLE performance art and protest of a halftime show. Oh, and we raided the grocery store Valentine's section for discount candy, obviously. And I finally did the base of my nails. Let’s get into it.
