KDC Floor Work series breaks down the basics of contemporary floor work technique. We will focus on how we utilize the mechanics of our anatomy to move efficiently and safely in-and-out of the floor. In part one we will examine how we drop the weight of our body towards the floor and how to use that connection to the floor to find organization of our limbs. This class is modified for a small space and is a follow-along format.
