First Look: Masons “Taste the World” Restaurant in Kaiserslautern "K-Town" Germany!

Welcome to Masons in Kaiserslautern aka "K-Town" Germany where you can "taste the world!"

The concept: you have 2hrs to taste “an all you can eat menu” from all over the world. Each round of food is 6mins long. Then you’ll need to choose another plate.

It sounds a little rushed, but they’ve got a lot of chefs back there making quality foods and everything is made from scratch.

You can get a visual understanding and description of each dish online, or on the menu itself, which definitely helps if you’re unfamiliar with certain items.

They change their menu twice a year with summer and winter dishes. I was only able to complete 9 plates to include:

- Beef Bulgulgi from Korea
- Mojo Pork from Cuba
- Buttermilk Chicken from Nigeria
- Tibs from Ethiopia
- Barbajuans de Monaco
- Bacon Roll from Australia

And for dessert:
- Baked Sticky Rice Ball from Thailand
- Apple Crumble Cake from America
- Pavlova from New Zealand

Total cost + 1 drink: €48
