Whats inside a VW Tailgate latch (Pull apart)

Had an issue with the tailgate latch from our R36 Wagon/Estate where the tailgate would close/open and lock/unlock but the instrument cluster would thing the tailgate was open still. When the ecu doesn't think that it's closed, the coloured lines on the reverse camera don't work along with the rear wipers.

I purchased a replacement part from a wrecker from a mk5 golf which is the same. Fixed the problem straight away.

Thought I'd pull the original one apart to see whats inside. Apon pulling it apart there was 2 switches and one wasn't working correctly.

After playing around with it, managed to get the switch working correctly again.
