Elated with the birth of her and her mate Dominoclaw’s kits, Rosepetal begins to find peace in her once tumultuous life. But Dominoclaw’s past catches up to Rosepetal in the form of Rabbithop, Dominoclaw’s ex-mate. Rabbithop, who was abandoned by Dominoclaw soon after rearing their own litter, attempts to warn Rosepetal about Dominoclaw's possibly malicious intentions.

A vastly overdue PMV scene commission for my pal LeFabtasticDomino! This was made in the style of my comic, TRIO, at Domino’s request. And man, do I enjoy drawing in this lineless style! It’s quick, easy, and looks great. Rabbithop is my favorite character in Dominoclaw’s story, simply because of how darn badly I feel for her. I find her plight of being dropped like a sack of potatoes by her then-mate in her time of greatest need to be very tragic. I also really enjoy Rosepetal! Poor thing, it really sucks to have someone’s anger forced upon you when it’s meant for someone else.

I will probably not be taking video commissions again for a long while, since I find it very difficult to budget my time effectively for them. But this was a fun project, and I do wish to do similar ones in the future!

Why is the color palette for this scene so green, you ask? Because green is the color of jealousy and malicious intent, and I’m not very good at subtlety.

My valiant return to consistent uploading will come very soon! I’m going on vacation, and when I come back, I’ll be working on quite a few animation memes. Stay tuned!
